About Us: Business Framework and Quality System

RGL’s vision includes the provision of a world class service.  We therefore place a significant emphasis on delivering repair services that consistently meet or exceed key performance service indicators and our customers’ expectations.  RGL has established a business framework and computer system to assist in achieving our service levels.  Specifically our business framework (quality policy) encompasses, “the way we manage the things we do and the relationships/behaviours we foster to ensure that RGL is successful and attains its vision.”

RGL is ISO9001 certified with audits being performed by Telarc.  The quality system has been in place and certified since 1995. RGL utilises the IPC A610D standard to ensure consistency and quality of the rework performed.

The figure on this page illustrates the four key processes within the business framework and how they interrelate to achieve continual improvement.

Each process has many documented tasks that assist in ensuring the quality and reliability of RGL’s repair service.
