About Us: Computer System

RGL’s computer system tracks all items throughout the repair process.  
When an item is received at RGL, a routing card is computer generated and this accompanies the item throughout the repair process.  Bar-coded information on the routing card includes serial number, part number and required workflow.  The repair process is separated into a number of documented steps, and the routing card is signed by an authorised person upon the completion of each step.  An item cannot be returned to the customer until all sections of the routing card have been appropriately authorised.
