About Us: Company History

RGL is privately owned and independent of any telecommunications service provider or manufacturer.  The company was established in August 1999 when the Telecom NZ Ltd repair facility was purchased and since this time, the business has grown and been successful by:

• Developing and expanding the relationship with telecommunications manufacturers
• Investing in a wide range of test equipment and process enhancements including the purchase of an advanced BGA rework machine and 2 dimensional x-ray capability
• Enhancing the quality system, including accreditation to ISO9001:2000
• Enhancing the level and detail of electronic customer reports
• Introducing IPC-A-610C, 7721 and 7711 workmanship standards
• Expanding the customer base to include an extensive range of Asian countries, Australia, Pacific and Central America
• Creating a strong family culture within the RGL team
