RGL provides regular reports to customers that illustrate performance to key performance service indicators, these include:

  • Turn around time performance, typically 5-15 days
  • Work right first time measure, typically 98% - 99%
  • Shipment duration, if RGL is managing the freighting process on behalf of the customer.
  • Scrap and no fault found levels
