RGL’s agreement with a customer to process items is conditional upon having authority from the manufacturer to provide the service.  RGL’s focus is on building strategic relationships with telecommunications manufacturers with the intention to be viewed as the manufacturers’ preferred Asia/Pacific repair agent.
